When I first held this incredible Window Quartz, the phrase "This is a stone of reflection" came to mind. At first, I wasn’t entirely sure what it meant, but as I tuned into its energies, I realized that this crystal acts as a mirror, reflecting your true essence back to you.

When you hold the it with the point facing away from you, you’ll feel a sense of lightness, calm, and neutrality—as though you’re enveloped in a protective bubble. The energy gently opens your third eye and activates the energetic gateways around your face, filling you with a warm, soothing light. The Window Quartz helps you access you inner light, the divine source light that is within you.

On the other hand, when the point is facing towards you, the energy from the Window Quartz becomes more intense, almost heavy and dense. Those unfamiliar with this sensation may find it a bit overwhelming, but this is simply a sign that your energy is recalibrating to the crystal’s frequency. In other words, you’re aligning your energy with the crystal’s.

To fully attune to the Window Quartz's energy, hold the crystal and meditate with it until you start to feel lightness. When this shift occurs, you may sense a cooling sensation traveling from your solar plexus up to your third eye, as if a channel has been cleared. This brings a deep sense of relief and freedom, and you might even feel your heart chakra opening widely.

The term Window Quartz is also used to label Fenster Quartz which can make things confusing for shoppers. In this piece, the natural diamond-shaped window formed when one crystal face grew larger than the others during the quartz's formation.

The ladder-like markings on this piece formed as the crystal grew in successive layers. Each ridge represents a stage of growth, creating a natural record of the crystal's formation over millions of years.

Every crystal shared through Crystal Meditation is thoughtfully purified, energetically prepared, and cared for before it reaches you.

Over years of meditation, energetic practice, and working closely with crystals, I’ve come to view purification as a process of energetic recalibration — gently restoring a crystal to a clearer and more balanced energetic state.

Before arriving to their new home, crystals often pass through many environments, storage spaces, and hands along their journey. My intention with this process is to help clear stagnant energetic residue and support the crystal’s natural resonance and clarity.

After exploring many different purification methods over time, I found sound-based energy work using Angel tuning forks to be one of the most aligned and effective approaches for energetic clearing and recalibration.

Each crystal is carefully purified using high-frequency 4096 Hz sound, helping create a calmer and more energetically aligned foundation before being shared with you.

Once energetically cleared, every crystal is then prepared through meditation with intention, presence, and unconditional love. This is the activation. 

For me, unconditional love represents the deepest state of compassion, connection, and healing — something cultivated through many years of personal inner work, emotional healing, and spiritual practice.

This intention is consciously infused into every crystal shared through Crystal Meditation, with the hope that each piece supports greater clarity, emotional grounding, healing, and connection within your own journey.
