Shipping & Returns Policy
At 'Crystal Meditation,' we utilize NZ Post - Overnight Courier for shipping, dispatching orders on the next business day. Please note that for rural areas, an additional 2-3 days may be required for your crystals to reach you.
I am currently shipping within New Zealand and to Australia. If you would like other international shipping, I can work that out for you. Please just send me a message so I can provide specific shipping rates to your location.
Change of Mind Purchase:
Crystal Mediation does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Regrettably, we do not provide refunds for 'change of mind' purchases, so we encourage thoughtful consideration before making a purchase. We meticulously photograph any pre-existing damage to the crystals in our shop, ensuring that you receive exactly what was presented to you.
In the case of rings with an incorrect size, undamaged returns are accepted and refunded.
Damaged and Faulty Items:
At Crystal Meditation, we are committed to providing accurate descriptions of all the crystals we are selling, and point out any damage such as chips and cracks that are not natural in our product descriptions. Please read the product description carefully. We strive to accurately represent these variations in the images we provide.
It's important to note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on a crystal's natural characteristics.
Every crystal we offer is unique, and no two will look exactly the same. Crystals also come in various shapes, and structures, and may have perfections or imperfections, including tumbled crystals that might feel rough or have minor chips. These characteristics are inherent to the stone and the way it was carved.
For instances where a crystal is damaged during shipping, please photograph the damage immediately upon discovery and email it to us within 5 business days of receipt. We will assess such cases individually and offer refunds accordingly.
As each of our items is unique, we can not guarantee that they will not sell out, and there is no way to restock the exact same crystal again. Website stock levels can sometimes vary due to stock level errors online or if another shopper is purchasing at the same time as you. Rest assured, you can shop with confidence knowing that we offer refunds or exchanges for products that are unavailable or out of stock. If your chosen product is not available, we will promptly get in touch with you to inform you of the situation.
