Payments made online are handled using Shopify as our platform. We gladly welcome various payment methods, including Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Additionally, we offer the convenience of payment options such as Laybuy, Afterpay, and Zip.

All prices on the Crystal Meditation website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

SHIPPING:

We can ship our products internationally, but the shipping cost depends on where you are located. If you're in New Zealand, you'll get free shipping for orders over $200. If you're in Australia, you'll get free shipping for orders over $250. Feel free to contact us for specific shipping rates to your location.

RETURNS / CHANGE OF MINDS:

Crystal Mediation does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged and Faulty Items:

At Crystal Meditation, we are committed to providing refunds for any purchase where the product is found to be faulty or damaged. If you encounter such an issue, please reach out to us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order.

It's important to note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on a crystal's natural characteristics. 

Every crystal we offer is unique, and no two will look exactly the same. Crystals also come in various shapes, and structures, and may have perfections or imperfections, including tumbled crystals that might feel rough or have minor chips. These characteristics are inherent to the stone and the way it was carved. 

We strive to accurately represent these variations in the images we provide.
