Smoky Phantom Amethyst with Hematite Meaning: Crown Chakra Cleanse, J-seal 1 Removal, Overall Balance.

Meditation with this amazing crystal removes blocked energy in the crown area, which can be felt as deep pressure or pain, as it is being released. The focus area on the crown seems to be the top left side of the head, which is where one of our J seals (Jehovian Seals) are present, so this crystal might be useful for the removal of this J seal.

This smoky phantom hematite amethyst also heals and releases energy from the abdomen area (sacral chakra), though its effect is strongest on the crown. Hold the crystal for longer, for the 3rd eye to be stimulated. When this occurs, the crown & the third eye connect to the lower chakras, providing overall balance and healing.
