This Smoky Green Citrine is akin to what they call Ouro Verde. The colour is due to the ratio of lithium and aluminum present.

Usually these are clear quartz that had been irradiated and heated in a lab. Interestingly, not all clear quartz will turn into this colour as a specific ratio of lithium and aluminum is required. This can occur in nature but it would be very expensive.
