This is a sparkly piece of pink hematite coated quartz with specularite (crystalised hematite) from Inner Mongolia. This natural laser quartz also displays unique white and clear quartz stripes. The pink colouration and sparkles are caused by a layer of hematite (which comes in many different forms and colours). 

Do note, the glittery minerals do come off on your hands. Please do not wash in water,
