This Vivianite shard is very revitalising for the body. It stimulates the mid lower back and moves energy (chi) around the body which can make you feel very hot initially. It also feels soothing as it pushes and releases what feels like globs of energy (worry) from the heart and solar plexus down to the earth. It feels as if knots are being untied and this Vivianite is very healing for the solar plexus chakra. You feel sooooo much better afterwards!
