Tsavorite

Tsavorite is a rare, vibrant green garnet from East Africa, coloured by trace vanadium and chromium ions. Some specimens show red or yellow fluorescence under UV light, and its formation in ancient rocks has even helped scientists study major geological events like the assembly of Gondwana.

Tsavorite garnets tend to carry very similar energies, and only subtle differences seem to exist between the crystals. 

This Tsavorite garnet encourages deep breathing, promoting complete relaxation with each exhale.
