Marketed as Brazilian Auralite, this amethyst specimen is polished on one side to reveal a colourful display of natural iron inclusions, while the other side remains raw, showing its natural crystal formation. Each slice offers a different view of the mineral’s colour and structure.

Often marketed as Brazilian Auralite 23, this unusual amethyst is prized for its vivid iron-related inclusions, which create striking colours and patterns within the quartz. The inclusions are not yet fully understood and have not been formally identified as a separate mineral species. Changes in mine ownership have also contributed to the exceptionally high prices these specimens can command.
