Handmade Phenakite earrings in a gorgeous triple moon setting by a New Zealand artist (The Crystillery). I provided him the rough stones and he lovingly polished them and set them into this amazing design in silver.

Phenakite is actually rarer than diamond in nature. While diamonds occur in numerous deposits worldwide and are mined on a large scale, Phenakite forms under far more restricted geological conditions. Many crystals remain locked within their host rock, and well-formed, damage-free specimens are difficult to extract, making high-quality collector pieces genuinely uncommon.
