“Grape agate” is thought of as a botryoidal form of chalcedony rather than true agate, as agate by definition displays banding. However research from 2021 suggests that these specimens from Indonesia are neither chalcedony nor agate but a coarse crystalline quartz, concluding these specimens should be called amethyst. 

Only 10% of "Grape Agate" found are coloured, and thus are considered rare. These beautiful pastel-lavender specimens are good quality examples, with a soft matte finish. There is also a very slight green tinge to some of the grapes, especially #1 which is an even rarer colouration.

I literally got pushed backwards, my chin lifted, and started receiving a strong flow of energy from above to my crown, third eye, and also directly into my solar plexus.
