This Dendritic Fluorite point is absolutely gorgeous and I love the exploding white feather pattern of this crystal point.

Dendritic fluorites (with white feathers) are a relatively new find and uncommon. Manganese is thought to be responsible for the dendritic pattern, and the white feathers are due to barite.  

Sadly, this point has a slightly chipped point as shown in the photo. Fluorites are less hardy and chip more easily than quartz.
