Andara Glass (Aqua Blue) — My Energetic Experience

This aqua blue Andara glass initially surprised me by its strong grounding ability. I could distinctly feel energy grounding downwards from the throat chakra through the body, almost as though something was gently pulling and anchoring the energy down into the physical self.

This Andara feels deeply connected to supporting the physical body and carries an energy that feels stabilising, regulating, and restorative. For those who are energetically sensitive, there may be moments during meditation where you can subtly feel different areas of the body incrementally adjusting, softening, or rebalancing whilst working with this piece.

Its energy feels calm, intelligent, and quietly supportive rather than overwhelming, making it a beautiful Andara for ongoing daily energetic work and physical wellbeing practices.

I especially recommend spending around 20 minutes a day attuning to this Andara through slow, comfortable breathing and relaxed meditation. Over time, its grounding and restorative qualities may become more noticeable within both the body and energetic field.
